Purpose of the Rhinovolution
The Rhinovolution is an embrace of the intentional, faith-based path that Christians are called to walk as both Warriors and Ambassadors of Christ. It exists to raise up Warriors in Christ, beginning with the youth, in fulfillment of a spiritual mandate given in April 1995. Guided by the Holy Spirit, it defines 7 paths of growth—Mideum Jeonsa Do (Way of the Faith Warrior), Fitness, Reading, Scripture Ammo Belt, Prayer, Servant Leadership, and Gibborim Ethos—each pursued through 5 progressive phases of development, from Student to Kingdom Champion.
Through consistent goals and intentional routines, students are trained to excel not only in martial skill but in the higher calling of living as Ambassadors of Christ. The Rhinovolution emphasizes the often-neglected “walk of the warrior” in Christian life, forging men and women of courage, honor, and faith who can face any challenge united by One Spirit.
These 7 paths work together to create a complete framework of warrior and ambassador training:
🥋 Mideum Jeonsa Do (Way of the Faith Warrior) is the taproot of the Rhinovolution. It is a combined martial art that integrates the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP), TaeKwonDo, Grappling, and Traditional Weapons into one system. It provides the model for warrior discipline, just as Scripture uses the imagery of battle—such as the Armor of God and the Sword of the Spirit—to teach spiritual truths. It is the engagement point with the community and the primary vehicle through which Warriors in Christ are trained and sent forth.
💪 Fitness strengthens the body for the demands of a warrior while being designed to be practiced anywhere, ensuring that discipline and readiness are never bound by place or circumstance.
📚 Reading sharpens the mind and expands the wisdom and understanding necessary for Ambassadors to progress.
✝️ Scripture Ammo Belt memorization adds power to the Sword of the Spirit by internalizing God’s Word.
🙏 Prayer is the living application of that sword, a vital tool to walk by faith as both warrior and ambassador.
🤝 Servant Leadership forms leaders who follow Christ’s model of humility, equipping them to teach, influence, and grow others in Kingdom living—multiplying Warriors and Ambassadors beyond themselves.
🛡️Gibborim Ethos embodies the warrior spirit, modeled after King David’s Mighty Men, forging a distinct style of martial arts that unites biblical warrior culture with spiritual warfare, training disciples to walk as both Warriors and Ambassadors of the Kingdom of God.
The 7 paths are not destinations to be checked off, but a defined framework for life-long growth. Each path represents a journey of eternal learning, continually shaping the body, mind, and spirit. Together they ensure that the Rhinovolution is not merely a program, but a way of life—one that continually trains Warriors in Christ to mature as Ambassadors of His Kingdom in every season of life and into eternity.
Ephesians 6:10–18 (NIV)
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
